In any class whether it take place in morning or evening ,it feels good in first when teacher explaining smthng at that time I don't feel sleepiness n then when teacher dictate smthng to write down then after smtime of writing my eyes getting dry n evn don't able to write and see.... n effects me a lot I need a good n effective solution , I sleep least for 5 hrs but even when I sleep 7 hrs it also happens then ,I will do anything plz help me
your sub-concious mind hates it or feels bored..so blood flow to the brain is reduced..so body gets relaxed..you feel sleepy..to avoid this..i dont know any scientific way..but you can do something sneaky in class..like eating something...playing jokes..passing notes...all these things improve alertness in class..be naughty and learn well too...good luck...
Your really supposed to get 8 hours sleep each night. If you can't get to sleep earlier, try caffiene. Be warned though, it is bad for your heart and could cause heart attack and all that gubbins
