欠債想買樓怎辦

我太太以前做生意欠下銀行150萬, 現在想買樓不需要做按揭, 請問銀行會否知道我們買樓,

Maybe.

1. To a bank, it is not cost-effective to monitor a debtor's "potential" asset.

2. For that $1.5 million, it is difficult to know if it is the result of unlimited or limited company.

3. The title of the company will also affect how the bank can react.

Basically - too much unknown.

即使你們如今有能力一次過付清樓款無需辦按揭,但你們買樓如令太座有業權登記!那當銀行從土地註冊處中得悉她有物業資產,自然會重新追討債務!到時該物業便有機會被釘契及入稟要求強制拍賣充公!

故這事請小心處理,因後果非同小可!

唔做按揭,關銀行咩事,要借錢就有可能。
