For a man, Rex Capitis Mochizuki,For a girl, Regine Capitalia Mochizuki. These roughly mean King’s capital and Queen’s capital, respectively, in modified Latin, to represent 一都. And you would retain the family name Mochizuki 望月in Japanese.
