Lindsay is Kinda right, If she has Genital Herpes HSV 2 then generally she can't give it to you by giving you oral. BUT this can easily change if she has a HSV outbreak and touches herself and then your Penis. As this would immediately give rise to the conditions of infection.
The other issue is that HSV2 can migrate to the facial area, so if she has any signs of an cold sore or lesion then abstain from any contact with her that involves fluids ( yes includes Kissing).
Please understand that HSV 1 is not genital herpes, but is commonly known as Cold Sores or Fever blisters, this can also on the rare occasion be gotten genitaly, especially if a person with a cold sore performs oral sex.
