是可以的。但是很少這樣用，因為 however 的用法是要讓在 however 之前和之後的部分表達出轉折的意思，故此放到句子最後的話便沒有意義了。
通常放在最後面的話，都是因為想讓句子聽起來特別一些，配合場景。

"however" is used with an adjective or adverb to mean "to whatever degree in the time being",which cannot placed at end.
eg:-He wanted to take no risks, however small.
eg:-She has the window open, however cold it is outside weather !

可以嘅，中文都有咁嘅用法，不過就會加多幾點，例如，HOWEVER...........，但係.................，咁寫法表示有啲嘢你唔想講，但你要知道人地係明白你講乜，如果只有你先明白，就唔好咁用。
