ex-works等於 exfactory?的話.那就是你的責任衹負責把做好的貨物送出廠房門口就可以收錢.但如果你是賣方.你最好在買賣合约上詳細寫明,在何處厰房的門口交貨.
總之事先有明確约定好重要.
做好一單貨.是生意.做一單有爭議的生意.損失可能很大.
