Yes, many do but some just want to 'wins souls'( usually from other Christian groups)
and are concerned about the End of The World

some are not interested in 'works"

none really compare to the scope of application of the Works of mercy ( commanded by Jesus) that the Catholic Church does

Many do. I think the Episcopalians are particularly effective at works of mercy and social justice, but I don't want to leave out any other groups or denominations. The Mennonites are also well known for disaster relief and other outreach ministries, as are the Quakers and many others. Nearly every denomination and sect sponsors some kind of humanitarian outreach.

United Methodists. At least my Church is, and we do. I bet most others of most denominations do to...

I love it when someone knows the Catholic listing of Works of Mercy, and how wonderful they are.

I'm sure some do. They just don't call it that.

Thats a good question .

Occasionally, just often enough to feel like good Christians. Of course they spend most of their time ranting about gay marriage and liberals, so there's not much time left for helping the needy.

Ours does all these with the exceptions of "bury the dead" which is a personal concern that has nothing to do with righteousness or salvation. Some elect cremation.

Mat 8:22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

Luk 9:60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

And in the last category, we do not pray for the dead. That is an unbiblical pagan practice which has zero efficacy
