Will i regret not hiring a wedding car?
My wedding is going to be on this saturday. My fiance doesnt want to hire a wedding car because he thinks the car is a very small part of wedding and he doesnt thinkits worth spending money on it. From my point of view, it is not expensive to hire a special car (hk$700-1000) that I want and our car is ugly.
When we argue, my fiance always wins. but will i regret not hiring a special car? I dont want to feel bad after the wedding and feel regret forever.

Wedding is you and your beloved wife. The car is hire for transport you from one place to other place. I belive your fiance loves you much. She is thinking from the point of view of spending money reasonable. You and your wife do not need to waste money for nothing[I know you might think differently].I would suggest you let go of everything as arranged. Complete the Wedding ceremony on schedule and start your family right away.

If you're so honest and open spoken to your fiance regarding your/our car is being ugly as the reason for the "need" of a wedding car; then you should rethink this really hurts his feeling (ego). What he heard is "you're dispointed in marrying me, a man with a ugry car!"
If you think the worth of a wedding car is more than the person you're marrying, then pay for it to pick you up from your home and ask your fiance to meet you at the wedding registry/church/banquet. Since you think he dosen't care about riding in the wedding car, I'm sure he'll be happy to marry you at the ceremory becasue he's marry you, not the wedding car.

my opinion is it's not waste as it is once in a life time, why not?
money will earn back, just have for fun....
with your regret forever, i believe the main point is the love between the two of you, the car do come in small role when it comes to the wedding...
