I am short. 5'2. A teensy bit overweight. I am 13, going to Grade 8 this September. What type of hairstyle would suit me? I have an almost roundish oval face, almost full lips, brown-black eyes. I always, everyday, did a ponytail in grade 7. That looked really dorky. I love pulling my hair in a ponytail but I need some change. My hair is long, almost to the starting of my legs. It is black, brown at the ends and straight. Any help please? I can't really open my hair. Maybe a bit. And less braids. My hair gets rather frizzy. Thanks.

I would say you should get it cut to maybe mid/lower back with a few layers then you can straighten or curl it. You can put it up in messy buns or stylish pony tails. It would look super cute and it would be shaped a bit so that its not all over the place. :) hope this helps

You better have your hair cut a bit. Changing color to red may look you different and in front you can have saggy or Korean cut.

You can try doing braids, like the fish tail braid or a regular braid.. which are pretty easy, or put it in a tight bun (:

Straighten it, or curl it more often. If you don't want to use heat you can look on YouTube for some videos on how to curl or straighten your hair overnight with no heat.(:
