I have been feeling sick for quite a while, my neck is swelling(both side), been feeling dizzy even when I sit still...I am scared and didn't know what is going on...
Could it be HIV? I have had protected sex before with several women a while ago.
I went to the doctor some time ago, they couldn't help me at all...
Should I go to my regular doctor and have him diagnose what my problem is?
What's wrong with me?

Your neck doesn't feel stiff does it? Hopefully it isn't meningitis. I would see my regular doctor for sure. You should have a CBC done and urinalysis also. It's not HIV. You won't have symptoms with HIV. Talk to your doctor asap
