In Finder, use the "Go" > "Go to Folder" menu at the top menu bar.
– Type this:
~/Library/Safari
and click "Go".
– Look for that file name.

For those who are too curious for their own good:
~ means your home folder.
Since the "Go to Folder" only goes to folder (Yep, its name is correct), you don't type the file name.

Before some goof comes along and tells you to use Terminal, DO NOT. Using Terminal for something you can do easily in Finder is like using a shotgun to kill a mouse in your kitchen.

The reason to use this "Go" menu is that in OS 10.7 and later, the home Library directory is hidden. In OS 10.6.8 or earlier, you can simply navigate in Finder.

EDIT:
"it said no file found"
No, it didn't. "Go to Folder" cannot give an error message about "file", since it only can be used at all to find a folder. You didn't follow my directions.
