breast cancer worry any advice?

my right breast has felt "achy" heavy and tender for about 2 and a half years..2 years ago my sister who was then 34 was diagnosed with breast cancer which then prompted me to see the doctor who said my breasts are naturally lumpy but she couldnt feel any suspicious lumps but given my sisters history she referred me for a scan and that was about 2 years ago and the scan was normal,i still suffer with the achy and tender feeling but i have also noticed that when laying down that breast looks very wrinkly and if i pick the skin up it will stay there for a few seconds, the same happens with the other breast but not as bad, should i be worried about the wrinkly looks? when i stand the skin looks and feels flat and smooth.i am a 42dd in size and had 4 children so my breasts have had a lot of change, there is no discharge and i can feel no lumps and when looking in the mirror they look normal-same shape and size and the nipple looks normal..it is just the wrinkle look when im laying down and the fact the skin will stay in a pulled up way for a few seconds when i pull it..im 33 and live in the UK,do not smoke etc..thank you in advance

If it's been like that for 2 years, you would already know you had breast cancer. If it's still like that, why not go for another mammogram and ultrasound? See your doctor so she can refer you. No, you don't have to worry about the wrinkle look.

I have no idea what your question is, but if you sister was diagnosed that young you should be screened on a regular basis and your doctor should have told you that and made sure it was done.

Lay down on your back and feel the entire breast for any hard lumps. Repeat with the other breast. If you find anything suspicious, go to a doctor again. The achy and tender feeling could be caused by the size of your breasts maybe. Perhaps they're so big that they kind of weigh you down, and that's why. And I don't think the skin pulling thing is something to worry about. It's probably just that your breasts are starting to sag.
