你也可以自己做hard reset
press and hold power + volume down key fore just 20 sec after 20 sec release both keys. u will see android n white walpaper on lcd now when u this press volume up now ur set will auto goes to recovery mode wipe it from there n restart ur set n enjoy it.

熄機先，按實“音量-”同埋power 20 秒，會進入recovery，用音量做移動，power做選擇，wipe機
