I'm really sad and I can't get rid of this feeling?

I used to think this was depression, but isn't. This starts to happen when I lose something valuable of mine and I get obsessed with being sad about it, such as when my phone broke about a year ago, I kept being very sad about it for about 2 weeks because I couldn't fix it and my phone was now gone, I sometimes cried at night, this time I just recently bought a used car for around 2k (note: it took me 3 months to save this up) and I found out it needs new tires and it has a motor issue. I've gotten this same very sad feeling that I just over paid on this car and will probably spend more on it, I can't get rid of this sad feeling, It's mostly at night when I'm about to sleep, I just feel so sad and I hate this, I sometimes cry at night, I just want to stop being so sad and stop worrying. What can I do to get rid of this feeling? Please help, i'm just really sad all the time, like right before your about to cry.

yeah, I completely understand what you mean, it's like I have lost my favourite book.

I lost it, and I can never get it back, so I feel very sad too :(

it is your dream and now's been broken...I am sorry, there's nothing we can do right now.
we have to be strong...try to find trace of your dream and see the positive side of it.
it's like I've lost mine, but I could create/build a new one, if I like.

pain is part of life, it's how we deal with it, and learn to let it go.

Fully trust in Jesus alone as the payment for your sins. Believe in Him, and you will not perish (John 3:16). God is offering you salvation as a gift. All you have to do is accept it. Jesus is the way of salvation (John 14:6).
