amd mobile card and skyrim?

my laptop's graphics card is amd 7730m and it is a 2nd class card which means it is not bad, but when i open skyrim launcher, it referres me back to the intel hd graphics and it sets everything into low, i have made the settings in the catalyse controler to be high preformence but the frame rate is still low, could someone help?

change the power policy in power manager to high performanceif it still doesnt wrk,try changing ur high performance profile to its default
