how can i stay motivated to complete my goals?
I have always set realistic goals for myself. The first day works out really well, but after that I start to become unmotivated and lazy. Like, for instance, I said that I would run everyday this summer. I run, but every 4 or 5 days. Or when I said I'd eat healthier and lose weight, that never happens. Or when I said I'd spend less time on the internet, that never happens. I'm so mad at myself for not following through with my goals, but at the same time I just can't seem to stay motivated. I don't know what to do :/ any advice, tips, or support?

well it's just natural, everybody get lazy at times.
it happens to me almost all the time now. I don't want to work for money through - life itself is losing its meaning. I got lazy, I got bored, don't know what to do. same here.
you cannot stay motivated unless you are doing something you're really interested in.
I am trying to moving on from my grief/sadness, well I have nothing important to do, it's just "corn flakes". never mind, you're doing well, just keep moving on, and you'll be fine.
