Iphone 4s Facetime

My model is Iphone 4s & have the following questions :-

1. How to install facetime as I cannot find it in the phone.

2. Does it work only from Iphone to Iphone by dialing counterparty's
phone No.

3. Can it work from Iphone to Ipad. If so, how ?

4. Can it work from Iphone to other brand phone. If so, how ?

I have wifi at home.

1. No need install Facetime. It is build in.
First ensure activate Facetime under "setting."
You can find the Facetime icon in contact page of each person.

2. Yes

3. Yes, Can use email instead of phone number.

4. No. Facetime is only for iphone.

PS: for the latest version, can use Facetime under 3G environment. Before can only use in wifi environment.
