Why does GOD have plan for everyone,but not for the economy?

heis plan for egypt was overflow constantly but sometimes drought...for america its the same pattern since its the modern egypt...

God gave His plan, but humans thought they had a better idea. People always seem to think they have a better idea than what God planned.

well god does have a plan for everyone.
it's up for the people to decide what they want to do in their lives - but I think god has a plan for them. god knows it. man created monetary and fiscal policy, god knows it.
the monetary and fiscal policy is there because it is good for us, has nothing to do with god.
god created humans, and it's up to them to decide what policy to create.
it's the responsiblity of man to work for the economy, otherwise this world won't work - people must work hard to pay toll because man has to work on earth. It is the law.
The economy is created by man, but god watches over the people working in the economy.
god have a plan for us, no matter what
