We usually don't use AT when we say arrive+ home. This is an exception to the usual rule: we say arrive at my office, arrive at work, arrive at school, arrive at the supermarket, but we say arrive home.

Usually arrived is used for "moving here to there." "Yesterday, I arrived at the hotel at 7 am." So even though both are technically correct, it might be better to use "came" because that is used as "move from there to here." So "Yesterday, I came home at 7 am."

Neither they don't really make sense, you would say "yesterday I got home at 7am" :)
