公司結業欠股東款如何處理

一般無欠外債公司會以撤銷註冊(Deregistration)為結束，而撤銷註冊要公司無資產或負債及全體股東同意才可採用。所以你第一步要先清理資產﹝假如無債務﹞，包括銀行存款！當然，員工遣散費及相關專業費用先由股東提走然後再從個人戶口支出。僅供參考！
