God's Kingdom is a real government established by Jehovah God. "The kingdom of God" in the Bible is also called "the kingdom of heaven", since their headquarters are in heaven. (Mark 1:14, 15, Matthew 4:17, Bible Easy to Read) It has many features of human governments, but it is superior in every way.
Rulers. God commissioned Christ in his Kingdom and gave him more authority than any human could ever have. (Matthew 28:18) Jesus uses this power only for good, he proved to be a reliable and compassionate leader. (Matthew 4:23, Mark 1:40, 41, 6:31-34, Luke 7:11-17) Under the guidance of God, Jesus has chosen people of all nations to "reign on the earth" with him in sky. - Revelation (Revelation) 5:9, 10.
Duration. Unlike human governments, which are temporary, the Kingdom of God "will never be ruined." - Daniel 2:44.
Subjects. Anyone who does the will of God can be a subject of His kingdom, no matter their race or nationality. - Acts 10:34, 35.
Laws. Laws (or commandments) of the Kingdom of God do more than just ban wrong behaviors. They elevate the moral character of his subjects. For example, the Bible says: "'You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. The second is like it is: 'You must love your neighbor as yourself.' "(Matthew 22:37-39) The love of God and neighbor motivates the subjects of the Kingdom of God to always think of the good of others.
Education. Although the Kingdom of God to establish high standards for their subjects, it also teaches them how to live up to these standards. - Isaiah 48:17, 18.
Objective. The Kingdom of God does not enrich its rulers at the expense of his subjects. Instead, he held the will of God, which includes the promise that those who love him will live forever on a paradise earth. - Isaiah 35:1, 5, 6, Matthew 6:10, Revelation 21:1-4.
