When people do bad things to you and you can't explain when they do it?

I want to know if i'm the only one. I've been subject to people just acting nasty to me but when people ask me I can't put it into words. it happens at the place I volenteer at and currently at the place I work. I want to complain and how they talk or mislead me seems wrong but when the moment comes I just don't know how to say what they did. does anyone feel miserable at their job. Is this what I have to look forward to when I go to med school. I Just don't understand why people act mean to other people when its not necessary..

yea, sometimes you cannot explain something to them or to make them understand the situation because they weren't there. Same problem happened to me. When I tried to explain something or an incident that happened, the people don't understand me and I don't know why. probably because different people do different things, act differently, think differently, and experience different things, so that's probably why they don't understand. It's hard to make them understand, somehow.
just tell them about your feelings, say if you are feeling miserable at your job, you can explain it to them, explain why that's the case to reach an understanding. well you don't necessary have to understanding why they act mean to other people, because that's way beyond the syballus. Just be yourself and you'll do fine.
