So I'm trying to eat better/healthier but I have a little problem. I abesolutely HATE the taste of ALL vegetables. Are there any ways that I can get around this and still get the nutrients I need? Or should I just get new recipes that makes vegetables taste better. And if that's the case, what are some good recipes? Thanks!

Have an egg with congee in the morning will do you good.
You can also choose cereal, wheat bread as well, in the morning to eat healthier.
Have a balanced diet, eat plenty of rice/plasta, with plenty of vegetables like tomatoes with pototoes in it. Have some fish in your diet will also make you eat healthier. Vegetables like lettuce, with some cream and sugar in it might make it more tasty, i don't know for sure.
In short, eggs, congee, and cereal are good, as well as tomotoes. you can add some butter to the tomatoes to make it taste better, if you like. and don't forget to eat some meat as well to get the nutrients you need, like steak. and have some milk and cheese as well. mix the milk with the cereal for breakfast in the morning, or simply drink some milk and have some cheese as snacks. Or you can add cheese to a sandwich, with vegetables in it, like adding cheese to lettuce, butter, and tomotoes in it.

I follow a clean eating approach. So lots of fresh fruits, whole grains, lean proteins etc. Clean eating magazine is a great resource. I also love this girl's blog: http://thejordanproject.wordpress.com/

She tends to use a lot of vegetables but they are super tasty and she hides a lot of things in soups, or chilis or stirfrys so the flavours drown them out. There is also an ebook attached to the blog which is great too: https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/the-cook-clean-cookbook/id465158147?mt=11

Making a mince stew is a way to use the vegetable you doo like and to introduce new ones. By noting the times you add them to the stew, you can judge how long you can cook them to tats nice. I prefer them to be gooded for just a short time for most

You can try adding mushrooms and onions to your ground beef. You'll likely hardly taste it if it's seasoned well. Add garlic to eggs, meat, pasta; just about everything! Roasting your veggies with oil and seasonings makes them even more decadent. Adding bacon or butter, along with some herbs, to your veggies are a couple of sure ways to make them taste better. Try these recipes! All healthy ways to spruce up your veggies!

I think you can eat fruit , almond, meat and you can get nutrition. And you also can eat vegetables. For that you can make noodles and pasta . First properly wash all vegetables and then boil it. After that all vegetables put into steamed noodles or pasta. You also can add various sauces. So it will be tasty and you will be able to eat vegetables.
