In this photograph, the floor of the freight container has a "seam".
Since it is not a crack, the staff did not take a close-up of the "seam".
If it was a crack, they wouldn't have taken the container. They would definitely have the container fixed by the ship company before taking it.
When we went to receive the freight container, the "seam" already existed obviously, however it was not a crack. The "seam" part was dented, but the other parts of the surface of the floor can still be considered smooth.
Enclosed was the photo of the suspected "seam" for references.
When the ship company gave us the empty freight container, it was already like this! There are no other better containers that can be received.
As discussed with the supplier before, if photographs of the container is requested before loading goods into it, the 4 outer surfaces, the 4 inner surfaces, the floor of the container (its bottom) have to be photographed too.
If any corner was found to be heavily damaged, then we would not accept the container. If it was needed, we will take close-ups of the damaged parts according to the situation.
We demand, once again, that it is needed to take the photographs of the floor inside the freight container.
The supplier will notify the driver to take photographs according to the strict requirements mentioned above again.
