[xxx]是改正 幾個較特別的解釋一下：At 2:00pm we left for City Hall意思是我們「出發去」City Hall，是常用的expression表達由(身處的地方)去一個地方。這句意會是(由家)去。…and talked happily “on” the way是很多人的寫法，應該也不會錯。但我會用along the way表達「全程」的意思。On the way本身是描述(客觀)在途中，亦會用於表達別人「正在來」，而不是你在其中，along the way則是主觀鏡角度處身其中的「在途上」。…We took photos “for” Tim when he was performing.你用了with以為這句的意思是「與他合照」，但留意全句是說當他表演時，試想像他正在台上表演(比賽)時[留意動詞是continuous進行式)]你又如何上台跟他合照呢？這句的意思是想說：你替他拍他表演的照片，所以是你當時只能是take photo for him.Cheer up是一個常用的phrase.想像笑(cheer)是令人開心「提昇(up)」心情。
