我現居香港,但澳們特區護照同葡國護照年底就到期..
請問可唔可以係香港辦理呢兩本護照的續期?
定係一定要返澳門先搞到?

You must renew both passports in Macau.
1. Due to special design of Macau SAR Passport (fingerprinting is required), only DSI can process your application.
Even Chinese Consulates or Embassies overseas can't process your application.
2. In theory, you can renew your Portuguese Passport at your nearest Portuguese Consulate or Embassies.
The issue is Portuguese Consulate in Macau is also responsible for consular affairs for people in Hong Kong (there is no Portuguese Consulate in Hong Kong).
Therefore, you must renew everything in Macau.
