(2)Try buy a Junior Student Dictionary glossary diagrams and CD lexicon-listening.
(3)Mainland China Enterprises Co. need a little English word-lists only unless doing business with USA.

It really depends on your English level!
But fixing the your grammar and building your bank of vocabulary are the most
important thing for the foundation before you building any other English knowledge!

Also, if you find difficult to understand spoken English by listening, you may try to find some easier English to listen to, for example, some recordings of fairy tales which can be easily found on YouTube or bought in book store.

Regarding the IPA, it's not essential for English learners as long as you immerse yourself in spoken English environment by listening to any kinds of English materials, you will master your English listening.

如果程度極弱，先後基本工開始。

一) 背字典。先看小學用的字典，記完後寫三句例句。
二) 看英文書。不妨選擇小學至初中程度的故事書，有出版商會在書背標明難度。
三) 切勿偷步看深奧的英文書/報紙。

想要英文好就要日對夜對，最佳方法就係職上需要，本地各行各業大部份用英文，如地產金融銀行酒店等等，當然純中資亦有，你選擇時就對應你需要。
