Who in here also owns a school?

i had a few store fronts, i would never open up another one there are way too many headaches
i teach out of a few locations some of my friends gym's and dojo's, my only over head now is my gas, since they pay me for teaching.
that and i have the gym my boss owns i teach out of and don't have to pay any rent, everything is 100% profit there

I don't own a school. But if I was a martial arts master I wouldn't still. Too much trouble and I wouldn't teach so openly to anyone who can misuse what I teach.
