僱主喜歡請留學生嗎?為什麼?

以我們的公司為例, 我們並不會優惠給到海外的留學生, 相反, 我們對國內來港交流生還很抱有期望:

國內來港的交流生, 一般很多都會比較嚮往留在香港發展和生活, 所以, 他們的工作態度一般都比較積極和進取。

另一方面, 企業也希望透過CEPA發展龐大的國內市場, 而他們就正正比較熟識國內的文化, 可以為開荒提供得到貢獻。

1. Visa issue complicates recruitment processes;

2. Unrealistic expectation - overseas students tend to hope for sponsor for settlement;

3. Training difficulty - overseas students have a high turnover rate;

The only exception is only if they can be paid as cheap labor.
