I played football last night. I was tried at 9:00pm because I had just played football.
可以改為:
I played football last night. I felt tried at 9:00pm because I had just played football.
(因為feeling用feel/felt表達會較好)

Mary played tennis at BC Playgorund last night. Sam arrived at the playground at 9:00pm. When Sam arrived at the playground, Mary had played tennis.
可以改為:
Mary played tennis at BC Playgorund last night. Sam arrived at the playground at 9:00pm. When Sam arrived at the playground, Mary was playing tennis.
(因為你用的是past perfect,past perfect只可用於thing that start past and you just finish it,so此處用pc會較好)

I was happy last Tuesday because I had become Sam's friend last Monday.
可以改為:
I was happy last Tuesday because I became Sam's friend last Monday.
(因為你用的是past perfect,past perfect只可用於thing that start past and you just finish it,so此處用past會較好)
注意!past perfect不是亂用的!

I was tired at 9:00pm because I had just played football. - simple past tense and past perfect tense

2)
Mary played tennis at BC Playgorund last night. - Simple past tense
Sam arrived at the playground at 9:00pm.- simple past tense

When Sam arrived at the playground, Mary was playing tennis.- simple past ense and past continuous tense.

Mary had played tennis before Sam arrived at the playground.
or
Sam arrived at the playground after Mary had played tennis.

- past perfect tense and simple past tense

3)
I was happy last Tuesday because Sam and I became friends last Monday. - simple past tense

Better rewrite it as following as Sam is still your friend by now.

I was happy last Tuesday because Sam and I have become friends since last Monday. - simple past tense and present perfect tense

Having played football, I was tired at 9pm last night.

I think I will rewrite your sentences as follows:I was tired (I think you mean “tired,’ right) by 9:00pm last night because I played football.Mary played tennis at BC Playgorund last night. Sam arrived at the playground at 9:00pm while Mary was playing tennis.I was happy last Tuesday because I became Sam’s Friend the day before.

唯二我想講係第二,三句好累贅 (可能你想練個tense掛) 總之畀我第二就用after before.第三就唔會有2個日子
