I think it should be "Forgive and forget." This is a phrase to tell people what to do when somebody else offends them. The first thing is to forgive, then forget, and moves on.

"I am forget, I am forgive" is wrong in grammar.
You can write "I am forgetting, I am forgiving" or "I forget, I forgive"
Together:
I am forgiving and forgetting.
I forgive and forget.
