本人認為I learnt to make and draw the model in the past
個 learnt要轉past 因為佢前面無特別詞,同埋無動詞
個 make + draw 都唔洗轉,因為make前面有個 to ,所以make唔洗轉, 而make 後面有個and ,所以draw都唔洗轉

I have learnt to draw and make. (As you still know how to make and draw, hence, no need to be in past tense, use present perfect)..>,<

不用轉過去式~^_^
