What sort of prom dress/makeup/hairstyle would suit me?

Usually, that's too long for me. I think it depends on the guy and his face though. Certain guys can pull off long hair and other folks can't.

With very pale skin you are best to steer clear of whites, creams or very pale colours as they will make you look washed out. You are best to go for deep red, dark blue, dark green or black for example.

Make-up:

For the green, blue, plum and red dresses I would keep the lips a neutral colour and do a light smokey look on the eyes.
For the black dress I would keep the eyes neutral, maybe with some black liner on the upper lid only and go for a red lipstick with a blue or brown undertone.
