Faithfully, (向上或尊稱對方的通信...例如求職信或申請書)

Sincerely, (普通公司公文或同業之間的正式通信)

Best Regards, (日常通訊或e-mail或公司內部memo)

如果是同事或同業之間非正式的公文，只是聯絡溝通資料或通告的通信可用

留意全部字後都是跟一個"，" - 沒有了是錯的格式。

然後下面寫自己的名字。

1.Use 'Yours sincerely' when you know who you are writing to,
-->You have greeted the recipient with his/her NAME.
E.g.You have written:

2.Use 'Yours faithfully' when you have addressed the recipientas:
