有關辭職信問題

Due to personal reason, I wish to submit my resignation effective one month from the date today.That is I will report to duty until and include month, date, and year.
I am so grateful to have the chance working and learning in this Company. I will much appreciate if I can be given a letter of working performance. Thanks ever so much.

我相信本問題不是要修改辭職信的文法吧。

6月5日交信給公司，一個月通知，對，最后上班日期是7月4日。

你辭職信的寫法是對的，正是說明了7月5日開紿生效。

Give 是及物動詞，所以應是 I hereby give you one month....。

... with effect from xxxx，可開新句 My last working day will be xxxx 代替會更清楚。

最後 reference letter 的一句，on my last working date on 4 July 2013，這裡用了兩個 on (日期)，是重複了，如你依上面所述，用 My last working... 去代替 with effect...。這句便只須說 on my last woking day 便可。
