文法沒錯，但較少這樣寫。

如果是我，我會寫成：

1. It is so lucky of them to live in such a wonderful place.
2. How lucky they are to live in such a wonderful place!
3. They are so lucky to live in such a wonderful place.

當然，還有很多寫法，上面是盡量貼近原句為主。

但我會寫：
1.It is so lucky that they live in a wonderful place.
2.They luckily live in such a wonderful place.
3.It is a wonderful place where they lucky to live.

It is how lucky of them to live in such a wonderful place. 比較少用，但我覺得It is how lucky of them can live in such a wonderful place.較適合。
