第三份工作在XXX化妝品公司從事包裝員的工作，任職時間五個月。主要工作內容為化妝品包裝、指甲油鎖蓋和壓蓋等等。由於時常要搬運貨物和加班，因此頗能吃苦耐勞。
As for my third job, my position in XXX Cosmetics Co., Ltd is a product packer for five months. My job description includes Cosmetics packing and the cover of nail polish locking. Because I often lifted the heavy objects and worked overtime, I can put up all kinds of hardship.

My third job was a product packer at XXX Cosmetics Co., Ltd. where I worked for five months. My job duties mainly included packing the cosmetics, and locking and pressing the caps of the nail polish containers. Since I often lifted heavy objects around and worked overtime, I have been used to all kinds of hardship and can cope with them well.希望幫到你。

改了 put up (應該有 with)，因為它的意思好像是無奈接受，有些貶義。所以用了cope，看起來積極一點。

My third job was a product packer and packager in XXX Cosmetics Co, Ltd for five months. My resposibility was to package cosmetic products, to seal and cap nail polish bottles, and to perfrom other packing duties.
I had to carry heavy items and work overtime for that job. With this experience, I think I can work in any challenging environment if required.
