so 中子在核子裏衰變如何影響該元素? 那麼中微子是如可生成? 是否在宇宙爆炸開端如此極端環境才會讓proton+electron+ antineutrino? 介子又是甚麼的一回事? 誇克可不可以無中生有?(就如質子與質子碰撞時產生了多一個正和反的質子)

Yes, in a beta decay (貝他衰變). Neutrons in the nucleus (核子) changes to a proton (質子) and an electron (電子). The lectron is emitted as beta particle (貝他粒子) together with an antineutrino (反中微子).

Neutrons and protons are bound together by the strong nuclear interaction force (強作用力), which is the strongest force among the 4 fundamental forces in nature.
