中國國籍法憑什麼綁死我的身分？

我出生擁有外國國籍

已經離開中國大陸，除了我的親屬，也不是中國出身

又在台灣居住

但中華人民共和國政府不承認我是外國人身份

也不承認雙重國籍

而且說台灣人也是“中國公民”

我真想放棄”中國人“的身份，但是不是只要沒正式申報放棄，他們仍然當我是”中國人，沒有自動喪失中國國籍這回事？

Well I have US passport, can I give up my Chinese nationality? I rarely come to China anymore. If I really come to China then I use my US passport instead, I don't want to be treated as a "Chinese".

You can simply give up your mind.

China-Taiwan issue is a messy one. Unless the problem is resolved, then you will have a chance to do what you want to do.

2. Then you need to get a visa. You will have to surrender your Home Return Permit as a condition for renouncing Chinese nationality.
