Both sacro-iliac joints are normal in appearance.
No abnormal paraspinal soft issue swelling or calcification is present.
Comment:
1st degree spondylolisthesis of L4 on 5.
Lumbar spondylosis.
Left Hip
Normal bony articulations are noted.
No bony erosion or sclerosis is seen.
Articular surfaces are smooth.
Joint spaces are not narrowed.
No fracture is seen.
No soft issue swelling or calcification is present.
Comment:
No bony lesion detected.

椎弓根是完好的。
