Statistics question urgent

In a factory,its quality control process in the production of pistons is as follows: From each batch of production, a random sample of 6 pieces will be selected for inspection; their diameters will be measured and the sample variance will be calculated. If the ration of the sample variance over the population variance is small than the lower limit K(lower) with probability 0.01. Or larger than the upper limit K(upper) with probability 0.01, then a more thorough inspection on the batch of production would be carried out.
If the distribution of the size of pistons is normally distributed determine the valve of K(lower) and K(upper).

If the sample variance is the un-biased sample variance, please use 5 instead of 6.
