i think the reason why your wrist and shoulder is tight is mainly because you are nervous and you aren't used to letting them move while playing. when i started piano, my wrists and shoulders are both really tight, mainly because i had injuries before, and partly because i am quite scared of my piano teacher so i am really nervous... but i learnt to allow my wrist move by doing some relaxing exercises before playing piano, like... just turn it and fling it, allow it to follow the motion of your arm instead of controlling it. it actually works because every time when i did that before playing piano, my wrist actually feels much more relaxed and i was able to move faster and more accurately. for shoulders, i think it's the same that you need to do some stretching before playing piano. my shoulders are still really tight because of injuries, but it's a lot better than when i started off already.
the nervous part... well i think it's normal to be nervous, especially when you just started learning. just remember that it's normal that you can't do sth in the beginning. if you practice and work hard, you will eventually be able to do it!
