Rule of the past tense:
If the verb ends with "e", add a "d" to the end. (eg. breathe->breathed)
If the verb does not end with "e", add an "ed" to the end. (e.g. play->played)
If the verb ends with a consonant+y, change the "y" to "ied". (e.g. study->studied)
