Too much rubbish cause十萬火急20點

Why there is so many rubbish or garbage in Hong Kong ?
The followings are its causes and reasons:
1) It had been traditionaly the bad habit of Chinese to throw away rubbish or even useful materials;
2) As there are far too many people living among a small area that's why the amount of rubbish or garbage certainly are numerous;
3) In addition to the local people, there are lots of tourists visiting Hong Kong, and they usually cause more waste materials such as wrapping papers, cartons etc;
4) As tourism being the main industry, there are a lots of activities to attract tourists such as fireworks, parades, celebrations etc. and that'll cause lots of waste materials;
5) As the recent rise of democracy, there has been lots of campaign to fight for better opportunity, freedom, lower wages, government and educational policies etc.and that'll cause lots of waste materials.
