Can I say: This house is immaculate.
He is an immaculate man.
This is an immaculate park.

All your sentences are correct, and they mean a notch higher than just clean.

Imaculate is more than clean, also means tidy and well organised.

You can say all of those shings are clean or immaculate, but there is a difference for example - A clean man took a shower this morning, whereas an imaculate man brushed his hair and put on a well ironed shirt as well
