這句的處境應該是某人托你交(送)些東西給Peter時順便連同(along with)把我的祝賀/祝福(my warmest wishes)送給=轉告他。Warmest只是附加的形容詞或加強熱情感的用字。

wife-to-be = fiancé (未婚妻)

wife–to-be 和 fiancée 少少不同

wife–to-be = someone will soon be a wife

fiancée is the woman that a man is engaged to (未婚妻 ~ 訂了婚, 或者有engagement party, 有engagement ring)

wife –to-be 未必經過訂婚
