價若我兩者階有簽睇樓紙，

係架, 你買就要比2份佣金, 一係你過左睇樓紙有效期先買, 其實你經a睇左, 如果想番睇都係要約番a再開門比你睇多次, 你唔應該跟b再去睇架....

3個月限期為限！你要付兩份經紀佣金！

因已簽了兩份睇樓紙，如物業成交法例規定是要付佣金的；不過睇樓紙是有期限，一般都是 2 或 3個月，睇樓紙上有列明，唔想俾兩份佣金，你可等期滿才買(如果該物業仍未賣出) 。

By signing the paper, you agree that that agency represents you when you purchase the property.
