我是否要付兩份經紀佣金?

本人購入一單位,
首先經A地產看了12B一個單位,
之後B經紀又再叫我去看12B這個單位。

價若我兩者階有簽睇樓紙,
最後我經A地產買了12B,
我是否要付兩份經紀佣金?

係架, 你買就要比2份佣金, 一係你過左睇樓紙有效期先買, 其實你經a睇左, 如果想番睇都係要約番a再開門比你睇多次, 你唔應該跟b再去睇架....

3個月限期為限!你要付兩份經紀佣金!

因已簽了兩份睇樓紙,如物業成交法例規定是要付佣金的;不過睇樓紙是有期限,一般都是 2 或 3個月,睇樓紙上有列明,唔想俾兩份佣金,你可等期滿才買(如果該物業仍未賣出) 。

Unfortunately yes.

By signing the paper, you agree that that agency represents you when you purchase the property.

Even those you can only go through the transaction with one agency, you are still breaching a contract.
