1. Unlike Hong Kong, institutions in the U.S. do not restrict admission based on age.

In other word, a 30-year-old person can still apply for undergraduate studies.

2. Each one is different. At the basic, you need to be a high school graduate (Form 5 or higher for HKCEE/HKALE, Form 6 for NSS/HKDSE).

3. Musical institutions will most likely require an audition to see your potential.

4. You need to find one and inquire about it.
