Do I ignore him, or talk to him as if nothing happened?

I'd been talking to this guy for about 2 weeks, and at first he was extremely flirty and always wanting to hang out with me, even when I said no, he persisted. Then it all started to become pretty platonic to where he flirted no more.

Today, I told him I like him, and he said we couldn't be more than just friends.

I feel totally rejected.

So my question is, after this, do I just completely ignore him, or talk to him as friends as if nothing happened?

It's up to you, Sweetie. Just continue to be yourself and be honest, friendly and fun to be with. He might see what he's missing and he may not. If not, you deserve better than him anyway.

Some people just come across flirty so it's hard to tell when they like you or not.
I would stay friends because on the flip side he could be testing you to see how mature you are. Stay friends!

Hope this helps!

That is hard....but ultimately it is up to you. If you feel like ignoring him is the right thing to do, ignore him. If you feel like being friendly is the right thing to do, be friendly! My personal opinion, no matter how awkward/hard it is, being friendly is the classy thing to do!
