1. I can't say no (no impact). But as soon as you can graduate from the secondary school with everything passing, you should be fine.

2. Community colleges do not impose a minimum result for HKDSE. But if you intend to provide the result for admission, at least everything is in a passing grade.

3. TOEFL is preferred. For IELTS, you will have to check with the schools you want to apply and see if they accept it or not.

4. In-school result mostly.

5. 6-9 months before the actual enrollment. Please note: some community colleges may impose a hard deadline that if you pass it, you can't be admitted.
